Who is CIS?...

Construction Inspection Services (CIS) was founded in 1997, after Donald LaRochelle PE (Ret) retired from active consulting engineering practice in Lewiston Maine.

LaRochelle was co-founder of the following firms, which provided comprehensive design and construction services throughout the New England States.

Aliberti, LaRochelle and Hodson Professional Assoc.

Since 1997, LaRochelle has served as Clerk of the Works or as Owner's Representative on eight construction projects in the Institutional and Commercial categories.  He has also provided plan review services for Architects in ME and MA.

Designated member of the Association Of Construction Inspectors.
