Construction Inspection Services (CIS) provides the owner or designer
with construction and inspection services for Commercial, Educational,
and Industrial projects.

CIS provides three types of services.

1. Owner's Rep: Hired by the owner of the project to ensure
   the construction process follows the plans.
   
   
2. Clerk-of-the-Works: Works on-site during the construction process. Review plans and ensures the construction follows the plans.  
   Also conducts quality control inspections during each phase of the project.

3. Plan Reviewer: Reviews all plans and specifications prior to
   the construction phase.
   
   

4. Project Manager: Provide advice and consultation with respect to design,value,engineering,scope of work,cost estimating,contractor prequalificaiton,scheduling, ontrol standards for monitoring performance of the building project.
